Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge.

Cancellations are not accepted via text message or instagram DM. Please email info@empowerhealthandwellness.ca or

call us at 705-719-2444

 

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations.

 

please note: you are not able to claim fees for missed appointments under your extended health benefits.
