Madeleine Beam
Madeleine is a social worker who specializes in working with children and youth aged 6 to 18. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
She practices from a non-judgmental, culturally responsive perspective, recognizing and honoring the unique experiences and identities of each child. Madeleine is committed to ensuring that every child feels heard, understood, and valued, fostering an inclusive environment where they can feel safe to grow and thrive. Her professional experience includes work in child welfare, mental health, private practice, and providing counselling support to women and children in crisis.
Madeleine is trained in CBT and DBT. She supports children and adolescents with mental health challenges, school-related difficulties, social-emotional development, emotion regulation, separation and divorce, grief and bereavement, and neurodivergence.
